职位描述
1、 按照公司要求，确保按时、保质、保量供货。
2、 制定并完善本部门各项工作运作管理程序和制度。
3、 负责公司外发加工生产及组织和管理，保证制定合理的生产计划和安排生产进度表。
4、 负责面、辅料及各类产品质量的监控。
5、 负责产前各类技术资料的准备。
6、 负责外发加工价格和面、辅料采购价格的审核。
7、负责指导、组织、协调处理生产过程中的重大、紧急突发事件，并及时上报。
8、负责组织年度、季度、月度的生产进度和质量控制情况进行分析，提出改进建议。
9、组织、召开部门会议，审核并递交各种生产、质量方面的报表。
10、参与客服部售后服务工作，并提供相应支持。
11、总经理交付的其他临时性工作。

任职资格：
1、 高中以上学历，能熟练使用办公软件。
2、 能够适应短期出差，具有良好的沟通、计划、组织能力，责任心强。
3、 3年以上行业经验，2年以上同岗位经验，有知名户外服装企业工作经验者优先。
