工作职责：
1.Responsible for day to day operational CMA deliveries；负责CMA日常工作
2.Secure bidder list and approved sourcing approach；负责潜在供应商，制定采购策略
3.Continuously align with Geely and VCC Line Purchasing organization all sourcing steps；采购过程中在吉利与VCC之间进行持续的沟通
4.Align sourcing activities/prerequisites with R&D CMA Sweden/Hangzhou and all other stakeholders such as SQM,manufacturing,MP&L；在采购过程中与瑞典、杭州的R&#CD#D及其它参与者如SQM,制造，物流等部门进行沟通
5.Organize and lead DtP workshops together with Geely and VCC；负责供应商的技术交流
6.Secure output from workshops is incorporated into a CMA competitive specification；确保技术交流中的信息的准确性
7.Send out NDA, RFI & RFQ′s发送NDA，RFI &#CD# RFQ等
8.Secure technical reviews are done before negotiations are started；确保技术评审的完成
9.Lead negotiation team, make sourcing planning and delegate/escalate negotiations as applicable Follow-up activities done by regional buyer；领导谈判队伍，制定采购计划，进行谈判及进一步的谈判
10.Continuously align sourcing status/action plan/support needed on weekly VCC commodity councils；将采购现状、方案及需要支援的信息反馈至VCC
11.Escalate to commodity councils &#CD# CMA JPT commodity mgr upon deviations or if targets are not reached；如果工作中出现差异或者未能达到制定的目标将此信息反馈至上级和采购经理
12.Secure approved sourcing consensus according to CMA targets；确保采购工作可以达到CMA制定的目标
13.Manage change management for the commodity pre and past SOP管理产品变更及产品的整个生命周期
