职位描述：

-实验室的质量管理：对delay和出错状况进行分板，找出解决方案，及时处理客户的投诉，带领技术人员专业、正确、高效地保证测试质量，出具合格的测试报告；

-实验室的人员管理：制定员工发展计划，根据实验室具体情况合理安排人员，制定并实施适合实验室的奖惩制度；

-实验室的技术能力：保证基础标准的顺利研发和更新，客户标准的传递及阅读，并组织相关人员进行技术培训，监督新旧标准的执行情况，确保实验室的技术能力不够提高；

-和其它部门沟通：确保本部门人员及时和其他部门进行沟通，提出意见和建议，共同制定更好的流程；

-实验室的发展：不断找出实验室的制约因素，根据制约因素合理调配相关流程，提高人员和设备的效率；

-确保实验室在预算内完成相应的工作，包括人员支出及消耗品，把实验室运行成本皑皑在合理范围。

职位要求：

-大学本科右以上学历，化学相关专业；

-3年以上化学行业管理经验，熟悉GCMS, HPLC, LCMS等仪器的操作、维护和管理，有第三方检测实验室的管理经验者优先；

-熟悉ISO17025体系的要求，有相关内外审核经验；

-有良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神以及承受压力的能力；

-工作严谨，仔细，有责任心，积极主动，有上进心，希望自己在事业上有所突破；

-有良好的英语听说读写能力和办公软件的应用能力
