4. 市场情报收集

5. 与杭州及上海同事联系沟通

6. 安排公司高层在杭州及周边城市的会晤

岗位要求：

1. 房地产相关专业本科以上学历

2. 具有房地产咨询业、房地产开发商以及政府的相关工作经验

3. 英语流利者优先

4. 具备3年以上相关工作经验

Working alongside the Zhejiang Advisory team the successful candidate will be an experienced real estate professional with a good network in Hangzhou and surrounding cities.

Key Accountabilities:

* Client liaisons

* Preparation of real estate consultancy reports

* Further development of Hangzhou market

* Market intelligence

* Liaise with Hangzhou and Shanghai based colleagues

* Arrange high level meetings for Directors of Colliers in Hangzhou and surrounding cities

Requirements & Qualifications:

* University Degree in Real Estate related discipline

* Experience working with a real estate consultancy, property developer, government

* Preferably fluent in English

* A minimum of 3 years working experience
