Job Description
Position: Logistics Supervisor (LED Lighting)
Location: Hangzhou
Working Time: 8 hrs/day, 5 days


Opportunity:
-To become part of a Canadian brand of LED lighting support China operations and to be involved on the ground floor with a new international buyers consortium for LED lighting in China.
-Progressive thinking management seeking individuals that want their work to make a difference in protecting the environment for our children.


Summary:
The position involves learning and managing all aspects of business for LED light bulbs including sales support (domestic and international), Purchasing (supplier communication) and Shipping to support the owner of the company.
Business to be handled includes:
-Export of goods to Canada, Australia and other countries where partnerships are developed
-Supporting, closing and managing domestic China projects (commission available for successful candidate after probation)
-Handling samples, domestic travel scheduling and general admin on the ground in China


Key Activities:
1.Sales
- Preparing, sending and following up on quotations/invoices to domestic customers and overseas partners
- Engaging overseas partners in email/phone communication
- Engaging domestic customers in face-to-face meetings and through email/phone communication
- Problem solving and solution finding with customers
- Providing after sales service and follow up
- Price negotiation (when ready)
2.Purchasing
- Placing orders with suppliers for product (samples and production orders)
- Arranging quality control inspections with QC/QA team (for production orders)
- Maintaining records of what is on order, consolidating ordering from multiple customers/orders
- Price negotiation
- Visiting factories used by etrilum to oversee projects for domestic and foreign customers
3.Shipping
- Arranging shipping of samples (including packing in our office) and production orders
- Coordinating shipping, preparing and sending documents, preparing payments for shipping
4.Other
- Arranging itinerary for domestic business trips


Requirements:
-Positive attitude, enjoy challenges, detail oriented
-Take responsibility, quick learner, diligent
-Strong desire to learn (trading, sales and brand building)
-Independent thinking, creative problem solving
-Chinese and English fluency (written and spoken)
-Superior customer service mentality and communication skills
-LED lighting knowledge is a plus but not required (Semi-formal/informal training will be provided)

Salary: Base salary + Project Commissions + Yearly Bonus

此职位需要全方位了解掌握LED灯的进出口运作流程，能熟练统筹管理相关业务。其中包括销售支持（国内和国际）、采购（与供应商的联系、沟通）以及航运贸易往来。
业务处理范围包括：
1.出口货物到加拿大、澳大利亚以及其他合作国家
2.接任管理国内项目（试用期后依表现而定）
3.合理调配样品在国内的周转


主要职责：
1.销售
-负责准备并跟进国内客户以及海外合作方的报价以及相关对应发票的寄送等
-及时与海外合作方进行电子邮件或电话的沟通交流
-积极与国内客户面谈以及通过邮件或电话形式进行沟通
-与客户之间的问题要积极处理并作出有效解决方案
-提供良好的售后服务直到顾客满意
-进行价格谈判（时机成熟时）

2.采购
-对供应商产品进行下单（样品及批量生产订单）
-与QC/QA团队一起把控批量订单的生产质量
-时刻跟进订购记录，合理安排客户订单的出货时间及顺序等
-进行价格谈判
-去生产工厂进行实地考察，为国内外客户做好项目监督工作

3.航运
-负责发货样品（包括包装样品）及批量订单
-负责准备相关航运所需资料文件，并处理好运费的支付，保证运输的顺利进行

4.其他
-合理安排国内出差行程

薪资待遇：
-基本工资+项目提成+年终奖金
