工作职责：

1. 较强的培训能力，能够给予其他销售渠道团险培训支持（交叉销售培训）；
2. 团险费用预算管理服务，相关费用报销工作
3. 对销售人员的业务提奖进行统计和工资核算；
4 根据团险渠道的业务需要，策划、组织各种团险会议；
5. 协调公司后台支持，包括团险询报价、承保、保全、特殊业务申请、竞赛方案兑现等；

6.团险相关资料、办公用品、纪念品的保管工作。

8.经理交办的其他事情

要求：
1.本科以上学历；
2.三年以上相关工作经历，具备良好的团队合作精神；
3.了解团险市场，熟悉金融保险法规；
4. 熟悉各种办公工具，具备较强的汉语言文学功底；
5.良好的业务追踪管理能力；
6. 能够有效的沟通，有优秀的组织、执行力 ，能够配合领导工作；
7. 能够产出结果；
