岗位职责：

严格遵照国家和公司政策规定，对公司现金和银行存款进行严格收支，规避任何资金风险。

1. 管理现金收、支以及盘点以及编报相应管理报表，以使现金收支合法、合理；

2. 保管财务印鉴，以确保各类财务印鉴正确、合法使用；

3. 管理公司各银行账户，及时搜集各类收支业务单据，并及时核对完成与会计人员交接，以确保帐务及时处理并且保证原始凭证完整性；

4. 配合会计人员完成各期间银行账户余额调节表编报工作，以确保账实相符；

5. 按公司要求，定期监控并上报各账户资金头寸，并完成资金上划和资金需求提交，控制各银行账户资金头寸在合理范围内，使资金得到合理运用；

6. 团险、集体汇缴件发票开具；（投连产品收付费对账工作；）

7. 职责所属以及财务内、外部公文搜集整理等财务档案管理，以确保财务档案完整性；

8. 领导交代的其他临时性工作内容。.

岗位要求：

1. 财会专业大学本科及以上学历，有较强的学习能力和风险意识以及良好的职业操守；

2. 有相关工作经验和中级职称优先；

3. 计算机应用软件操作熟练、熟练的英文书写，高度的责任心和职业操守。

4. 具备以下能力：拥护变革、建立关系和有效沟通，正确的商务判断力和以客户为中心，作出成绩并推动主要价值。

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Management and check of the income and expense fo cash, draft related management reports to make the income and expense of cash legal and reasonable keep financial seals to ensure the correct and legal use to all kinds of financial seals;
2. Management of all the accounts of the company; collect, check and exchange with accountants the business documents attesting to the giving or receiving of money; ensure the timely procession of accounts and keep intact the original evidence;
3. Cooperate with accountants to finish drafting the reconciliation sheet of account balance to ensure the agreements between accounts and reality;
4. According to the requirements of the company, supervise and submit the sutiation of cash of different accounts; submit money to upper organizations and the needs of cash; keep reasonable the account cash to make the money reasonably used;
5. Receipt writings of group insurance and group payment invoices(check accounts of the charge and payment of expenses of Unit-linked Insurance);
6. Financial file management such as searching and sorting out the internal and external financial documents to ensure the completeness of financial files;
7. Other temporary work assigned by leaders.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above with major in finances; good at learning and be sensitive to risks; conform to professional morality;
2. Related experience or medium certificates will be preferred;
3. Be familiar with software, Good writing English; strong sense of responsibility and conform to professional morality;
4. Support innovation, effective communication, good at establishing relationships;Correct business judgement, client-oriented; Good performance and promote main values.
