职位描述
岗位职责：1、负责会议票据的收支结算，数据统计，表格制作；
2、严格按公司的成本费用支出管理规定的借款、报销管理规定办理付款业务
3、日常管理、财务预算、资金运作等各项工作进行总体控制
4、能适应长期跟销售团队进行出差收款工作
5、完成企业领导交办的其他相关工作
任职资格：1、会熟练使用POS机,开票机
2、办公自动化软件操作熟练（Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
3、 女性，形象气质佳，性格活泼、外向，沟通能力强，善于学习
4、大专及以上学历，1年相关工作经验，财务相关专业优先
5、性格开朗、富有激情、具有亲和力，普通话标准，具有良好的心理素质，重视团队合作
6、诚实踏实、能吃苦、抗压能力强、有较强的责任心
7、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，具有一定的商务礼仪知识
8、学习能力强，做事认真细致、爱岗敬业，有良好的职业操守。
工作时间： 9:30-17:30
