概述：

课程计划主管是负责管理教学人员的时间表，以最大程度地提高与学生接触的时间和满足学生的需要；为区域销售，培训和管理人员的需要调度中心的非教学时间；为协调解决紧急问题重新安排时间表。这个职位适合于想在多元文化的环境下，提高自身分析，资源配置和沟通能力的人士。

The role:

The Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for managing education service staff schedules to maximize student contact and meet student needs; coordinating and scheduling non-teaching periods with center and regional sales, training and management staff; coordinating and rearranging schedules to solve emergency problem.

You will:

• Schedule full-time and part-time teachers in two centers.
• Publish schedule in system and distribute to all internal stake holders.
• Rearrange schedule and effectively communicate changes to all stake holders so as to cover schedule in emergencies.
• Coordinate with other departments to better utilize resources across centers, such as lending/borrowing teachers and classrooms.
• Optimize scheduling by analyzing operation data to balance needs from students, teachers, service and sales.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

You have:

• Undergraduate degree, major in economies, business, statistics, mathematics and logistics preferred.
• 1+ years of working experience, analysis or business experience preferred.
• Intermediate excel and PPT skills.
• Proficient oral and written English competency, can communicate confidently and fluently with international staff.
• Detail-oriented, logical, patient, well-organized and independent.
• Be flexible to working shift (able to work during weekends if required).
• Be flexible to working location (able to split two centers).
