岗位职责

1、 负责搭建零售培训体系，根据终端实际需求开发培训课程包括：企业文化、员工心态、销售技巧、服务标准等；

2、 负责将零售培训标准在全国推进与执行，并及时跟进各区域培训开展状况；

3、 根据不同区域特点，有针对性的制定、修正培训计划，及时完成培训效果评估；

4、 收集汇总培训资料，形成人员培训档案。

任职要求：

1、 专业不限，服装相关专业优先；

2、 3年以上培训工作经验，能独立完成课程设计；

3、 优秀的沟通表达能力，具备良好的培训技能；

4、 对服装行业有热情，能适应出差；

5、 熟练使用办公软件。

BONVUE Garments Co., Ltd.(Shanghai M.Latin Garments Co. Ltd. ), founded in 2004, has focused on the design and retail children’s clothing, is a set design, development, production, sales as one of the fashion brands.
Which owns the high-end designer fashion clothing brand M.TT and fun children’s clothing brand M.LATIN. Adhere to the trend, personality, designer children’s clothing brand line, currently stationed in Hangzhou Tower, Parkson, Cui Wei, Intime, Wangfujing, Yaohan, China to other domestic first-line shopping system, in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, Changsha, Nanchang such as a second-tier cities have sales outlets.
