SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for project management of a portfolio of antibody development collaboration projects. This position will act as a lead technical advisor on planning and implementing the projects and will liaise with internal stakeholders across departments as well as with external collaborators to coordinate activities and drive the projects to major milestones and successful project completion. This individual should have a strong scientific background, with an emphasis in antibody-related applications, as well as exceptional communication skills. This position is part of Abcam’s global R&D organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、Provide scientific input on project design and generate detailed and executable project proposals.
2、Provide regular project updates to and collect feedback from collaborators.
3、Work closely with both lab staff and collaborators to coordinate activities and ensure the smooth progress and successful 4、completion of each project.
5、Coordinate activities between internal departments to facilitate and track product launch.
6、Develop and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on collaboration projects and their status.
7、Comply with all safety and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1、A Ph.D degree or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences is required.
2、0-3 years of experience in the field or related area required.
3、Broad knowledge and experience in life science related research, with an emphasis in antibody-related applications.
4、Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5、Highly organized with attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
6、Ability to manage changes and priorities, and to coordinate project resources.
7、Prior project management experience preferred but not required.
8、Must be able to establish strong working relationships within the company, and with outside collaborators and customers.
9、Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is a must.
10、Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
