岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略规划，结合销售区域具体情况，拟定大区年度销售计划及任务分解，编制年度销售网络建设费用预算；
2、参与制定销售政策和管理制度；
3、负责新销售区域的开拓、发展，销售渠道/客户政策沟通、合同签订；
4、负责销售大区的销售网点费用的管理、审核、跟踪
5、拟定销售通路规划和通路策略
6、负责与总部相关部门沟通、做好产品生产、储备协调工作
7、负责收集市场信息，为未来市场的发展方向和品牌规划提供参考意见
8、负责对竞品的产品性能、价格、促销手段、广告策略、竞争手段等信息进行收集、整理和分析
9、负责销售团队组建和管理

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，
2、5年以上省级区域销售渠道开拓或3年以上大区销售管理经验
3、熟悉家电市场行情，8年以上家电行业销售经验
4、具备优秀的市场开拓能力、谈判能力、市场数据分析能力、团队管理能力和资源整合能力
5、开朗、激情，具有较强的市场敏锐性，能适应出差

2、负责区域：东北大区（黑龙江、辽宁、沈阳），需按需至所辖区域出差
