岗位职责：
1、负责制定成本核算管理办法及流程；
2、负责编制成本预算，编制材料计划成本和材料采购资金计划；
3、负责原材料，成品及其他入库、出库的单据复审并编制凭证；
4、负责供应商费用的审核；
5、负责成本费用分摊、核算、分析及提出改善建议；
6、负责会计凭证、账册、报表等财会资料的编制、归档；
7、主导材料仓库、成品仓库的盘点工作。

任职资格：
1、26岁以上，财会类专业，大专以上学历；
2、熟悉会计法规、财务核算等专业知识，熟悉财务成本核算流程，持有会计上岗证；
3、4年成本会计岗位工作经验，2年以上家电或五金类行业的成本会计经验，熟悉生产工艺及流程；
4、具有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对数字较为敏感，能从成本核算中进行问题分析，并提出改善意见，采取降低成本的措施；
5、严格执行国家、地方及公司财务管理要求，为人正直、作风正派、处事严谨，能从众多事物中，抓住主线，找出问题根源。
