-For our Energy Sector in hangzhou,we are looking for a Order Execute订单执行.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Verify the delivery date of all on hand orders with customer regularly

2. Track orders that make sure they are executed smoothly, coordinate with other department if necessary.

3. On hand order’s customer reception (supervising, asking for goods, asking for installation, asking for delivery attached documentation)

4. Maintain orders relative information on SGCC. E-commerce platform (submit advance payment application, delivery date confirm, ect)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. University degree or equivalents

2. Good reading and writing English skills

3. Good computer skills like Word, Excel, Outlook etc

4. Good communication abilities

5. Good summarizing and reporting abilities

6. Good planning and organization abilities
