-For our Energy Sector in hangzhou,we are looking for a AR Collection应收款专员.

What are my responsibilities?

1. collect money, go to customer to deal with advance payment process, goods process, operation process and quality guarantee process. Submit VAT to customer in 45days after delivery to reduce perform invoice.

2. Follow the payment status of orders and update all the relative info. In shared documents of BA Dept.

3. Distribute revenue with right order in MIS system in time.

4. Maintain invoice in right state and make application of VAT in MIS system.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. University degree or equivalents

2. Good reading and writing English skills

3. Good computer skills like Word, Excel, Outlook etc

4. Good communication abilities

5. Good summarizing and reporting abilities

6. Good planning and organization abilities
