职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Good knowledge on 1st answer tools, and Supplyon administration
? Being expert level to handle the issue happened in SupplyOn system
? Good service manner and professional attitude on inbound call
? Making outbound call to inform supplier to fininsh their registration or invoices
? Update information from customer in SLM on time
? Activating support and login user account, do troubleshooting particularly
? Strictly following the work-flow once processing tickets in 1st answer tools
? Timely check the tickets that assigned or pending under own name
? Follow up user’s issue on time and clean pending tickets everyday before day off
? Well coordinated with second solution group on processing user’s ticket
? Deliver and meet all KPI’s set

? 良好掌握1st answer和SupplyOn的管理
? 熟练处理与SupplyOn系统相关的各类问题
? 接听电话时礼貌并持有专业的态度
? 拨打电话通知客户完成注册或支付发票
? 按时在SLM上更新客户信息
? 通过启用支持登录客户账号来排除故障
? 在使用1st answer时严格按照流程处理事件单
? 按时检查指定或待决在自己名下的事件单
? 每天跟进客户的事件并清理未决的事件单
? 处理事件单时和二级解决方案组能够进行很好的协调工作
? 提供并达到所有KPI的要求
