The role
You will be responsible for quality control of all of our products. You will be a key member of our team and you will be reporting directly to the Product Manager. Your main responsibilities include:
?Be an expert of our product portfolio
?Be an expert of our competitors products
?Have an understanding of our markets and the nature of quality control standards for each country
?Provide technical support
?Manage inspectors. We have few inspectors that perform inspections after each production batch. your Your role is to train them about new products, draft reports setting quality control criteria and help them with the inspections when a problem arises.
?Manage inspections. When there are important inspections to be carried out, you will lead the inspection.
?Test samples before they go out to customers
?Quality Assurance. Samples of products in early development stage require testing and your role will be to assist product managers with the testing.
?Support on maintenance and improvement of systems to improve totalquality through the organization.
?Manage test laboratory equipment and expand testing facitilies on premises.
?Act as a leader within the company
?Be integral to efergy business strategy, vision and values.

*验货管理。监管验货员验货质量，编制验货流程，培训验货员掌握新产品及有变更的产品的验货流程。
*货样，开发过程样品，客户所需样品，及手机应用测试
*支持管理改进工作


Qualification:
1. We are looking for a young graduate in an Engineering or Science background eager to learn new challenges. Experience is preferred.
2.Good written English,basic oral English.
3.Must be an enthusiastic,committed, highly motivated, and completer-finisher.Attention to detail is essential for this job position.
