职位描述：

1. 负责订单跟进，从报价，打样，直至大货出货。在整个订单运作中，任何阶段、任何环节、客人变更、客人要求、客人确认，必须清楚通知相关联的部门及人员；

2. 制作OKTS， 产前样，追踪交期，保证出货；

3. 汇报订单情况给主管和经理。

Job Descriptions

1. Follow up orders, from making quotation to ship the products. You should inform related departments and personnel about the information that you get.

2. Follow OKTS and PP samples and track the delivery time to ensure that the products can ship on time.

3. Report the order status to the supervisor and manager.

职位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，有3年以上化妆品行业外贸业务跟单经验者优先考虑；

2.能熟练操作办公软件，有较强的沟通表达能力，独立处理工作能力强；

3.工作积极主动，做事踏实认真且具备一定抗压能力，团队精神。

Job Requirements

1. College graduate or above and more than 3 years’ merchandising experience in cosmetic industry is preferred.

2. Familiar with office software, good at communication and coordination, and able to deal with work independently.

3. Able to work actively and conscientiously with a certain ability to resist pressure as well as having team spirit.
