Responsibility

· Evaluate existing processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability

· Develop best practices within the maintenance process and machines improvement , ensuring the departments meets company's performance targets

· Identify, plan and execute machines develop projects

· Create, revise and improve internal standards and working instructions with machines SOP, be able to make machine risk analysis validation and qualification.

· Support maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities base on analysis system

· Ensure the machine processes are in compliance with Quality and safety standards

· Provide technical inputs for incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions

Required

· Bachelor degree in automatic engineering, Mechanical and electrical experience , Omron and Siemens PLC experience, servo control knowledge

· 4 years or above work experience in maintenance

· Talent for prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English

· Computer skill(MS Office, AutoCAD)

· Enjoys teamwork and good communication skills

· Ability to learn quickly and train

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Must be willing to work with glass processing industry for Pharmaceutical customers

Knowledge about lean Manufacturing, TPM, Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP) are an advantage.
