工作内容：

1） 对该大类产品在中国区域内所有营销活动负责，指挥和监管下级销售人员；
2） 根据对市场的认识和预估，完成每年的销售任务；
3） 开发新的市场、新的销售渠道。
4） 主持定期的销售会议，向销售队伍传送最新的市场信息和销售策略；
5） 对销售人员进行培训，经常跟随销售人员拜访客户，指导其业务活动；
6） 建立并保持与主要经销商及客户的关系；；
7） 将客户发展趋势反馈信息以及最新的市场情况向和上级管理层报告；

职位要求：

1) 具备材料或机械等相关专业背景；
2) 对该大类产品有非常深刻的理解和认识，并对相关领域有充分了解；
3) 具备丰富的销售经验和专业的销售能力；
4) 有很强的领导能力、组织能力和解决问题的能力；
5) 具有优秀的语言表达能力，善于跟不同的人沟通；
6) 具有良好的时间管理能力和统筹安排工作的能力；
7) 具有熟练的计算机的操作技能，会使用各种办公软件；
8) 优秀全面的英语能力。能使用流利的英语与外国人交流。
