Main Duties:

1.Products application introduction to Sales team and cutomers.
2.Design and quote for new products, and new business.
3.Projects leading and management, lead team during project proceeding.
4.Customer visit and new application searching.
5.Technical supports and problem solving
6.Associate the sales team to reach annual sales target
7.Prepare and translate the documents of prodcuts, such data sheet, notebook

Background skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in engieering,polymer materialor macromolecule material.Minimum of 3 years experience in application or process engineering function.Process engineering experience in silicone molding and/or PVC,TPE extrusion preferred.
2. CAD design is must,be familiar with Autodesk software.Solidwork is plus.
3. Be famliar with FEMA, APQP,PPAP, project management is puls.
3. Good study ability, hard work, positive and responsible, good adaptation skill
4. Good communication, good team work and good service concept.
5. Good software platform are required: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project.
6. good spoken english and wriiten english.
