Main Duties：

The incumbent will lead the development of the marketing program for the newly formed Specialty Films Industrial activities in Asia. He/she should develop a good working relationship with global sales, technology and worldwide manufacturing sites for execution of strategic plan. Must be flexible and be able to adapt and change as the evolving marketplace/customer needs require urgency in response to capture opportunities in our strategic markets. The incumbent will have a strong feel for the ever changing global marketplace and be responsible to assure Specialty Films is properly positioned to maintain its growth position in strategic markets.

The incumbent must be sensitive to various cultures, languages, and conventions for conducting business. He/she should anticipate that at least 60% of his/her time would be travel. The incumbent is responsible for maximizing growth and profitability for the business through legal and ethical procedures.

Background Skills：

B.S. in Technical discipline with an MBA or equivalent desirable

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Specialty FILMS markets

-Avanced technical proficiency in engineering, product application, product manufacture and marketing and sales

-Strong interpersonal and communications skills and an understanding of multiple business disciplines and the environmental factors affecting the marketplace

-The position requires an innovative leader who can grasp highly technical concepts and translate those concepts into sales strategies which require the effective interaction of diverse professionals and cultures within and outside of the company.
