工作内容：
1. 协助公司所有在招职位的招聘工作
－《人员申请表》及《岗位说明书》的收取，职位的审批；
－在招聘网站上进行职位的发布，并按时更新；
－内网招聘系统的维护及更新；
－简历的收集及初步筛选；
－候选人初步电话面试，及面对面面试安排，邮件的发送，会议室预定等
－面试表格的打印，候选人面试信息的录入等
－后期的跟踪及反馈。
2. 协助考勤的核对及报表的更新整理等。
3. 协助行政团队进行行政相关事宜的工作。
4. 其他主管安排的工作。

岗位要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业为佳；
2. 英语读写听说能力具佳，可以熟练的进行英文沟通（书面/口语）；
3. 每周至少有4天的工作时间，实习时间可以持续半年；
4. 有一定的电脑操作技能。
