Administration assistant
The selected applicants will receive training on the job. The role of Administration Assistant will require you to
provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager.
Required skill set
-University graduate, freshmen (current year's graduate)and financial background is preferred
-Advanced English knowledge in both oral and writing
-Knowledgeable in computer handling especially MS Office(outlook, word, excel)
-Hard working and Honest
-Self organized, disciplined and loyal
-Willing to learn
-Eager to work in stable environment
-Long terms commitment

Due to the ever rising demands of our German and European markets in regard of quality, safety and legal requirements as well as the ever increasing demand for new items and assortments we felt the need to support our existing and new vendors in China and South East Asia by being closer to the supply markets. Therefore J. E. Schum (Asia) Ltd. with its registered office in Hong Kong was established in August 2008 and Hangzhou Representative Office was set in November 2008.
Our mother company, J.E.Schum, has more than 140 years history, and we want develop our business in China same as our headquarters. Therefore, we would like to provide stable job with friendly work environment and developing international trade platform.
