Key Activities include but not limited to:

? Fixed asset depreciation and reconciliation in SAP
? SAP System Month-end and Year-end rollover and maintenance period / FX etc
? Routine journals and provisions
? Intercompany accruals and reconciliation
? GR / IR review and reconciliation
? Citibank and designed balance sheet reconciliation
? Maintain chart of accounts centrally and coordinate monthly closing of accounts
? Ensure proper and accurate accounting for the financial accounting transactions booked by SSC
? Assist the GL manager in troubleshooting accounting system problems and improve efficiency of system utilization
? Coordinate the preparation of monthly accruals, balance sheet schedules and monitor the timeliness and completeness of monthly balance sheet schedules.
? Perform revaluation of balance sheet accounts exposed to foreign currency fluctuation


Qualifications:
? Diploma/Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
Experience / Technical Skills
? A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience within general accounting and or shared services area.
? Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or geographies.
? A minimum of one to two years of experience working with SAP preferably in Sales and Distribution & FI module.
? High degree of integrity and personal ethics in implementing corporate policies and procedures
? Effective team player with a collaborative focus
? Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism
? Must be comfortable in an environment of changing technologies and processes and demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to new ways of working
? Experience working in a SOX environment.
? Strong oral and written communication skills.
? Proficient in MS Office Excel
? Business Level fluency (oral and written) in English.Experience with SAP accounting system is preferred.
