职位描述
Responsible for account creation/ deletion/ modification in CI-CAT.
Responsible for DL group management.
Responsible for security group management.
Immediately response user’s requirements and provide the solution.
Responsible for communication with customer for verification user's request and dispatch tickets to other solution group.
For EVA/ FTS/ Axapta system, responsible for coordination between customer and solution group.
Responsible for tracing tickets
Responsible for work-on request from local admin
负责CI-CAT系统账户的创建、删除和修改
负责DL Group的管理
负责博世Security Group的管理
及时回复用户的要求,提供相应解决方案
负责与客户沟通,确认用户要求,分派相应的ticket给其他方案组。
针对EVA/FTS/Axapta系统,负责客户和方案解决组的协调工作。
负责跟踪ticket的状况。
负责Local Admin的WorkOn系统要求
要求:1。细致耐心,有客户服务意识
2。对后台工作感兴趣
3。有一定英文读写要求
本工作无倒班安排,周末休2天。
