Job Description:

Introduce EF’s English training courses and study plan according to customer’s needs. Develop good relationship with customer and achieve sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer information and approach customers properly following company’s instruction
2. Invite customers to EF center and give professional consultation to introduce EF English courses and study plan according customers’ needs.
3. Work with CR department to ensure customers get good study experience. Develop good relationship with customers and get referrals
4. Edit customer information and sales status in Salesforce timely and correctly

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent
2. Above 4 years experiences in sales, consulting or education line
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Fluent English communication skill
