Market management
？ Closely working with UK/US to establish regional strategic marketing plan for all product lines. Responsible for execution (tactical and operational planning) and result for both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.
？ Analysis and identification of market trends, opportunities, risks, competitor activity on an on-going basis, as well as product positioning, pricing, product launch and promotion, in order to identify strategic and tactical aims, taking into account specific situations in China markets.
？ Plan and execute digital marketing strategy in China, including all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
？ Management of the marketing budget to ensure the best possible return on investment.
Sale Management
？ Develop customer database to facilitate more sophisticated Key Opinion Leader relationship programs.
？ Build successful relationships with distributors and dealers network. Balance dealers and company interests to develop ‘win-win’ strategies in achieving growth objectives
？ Actively develop direct sale, in line with company strategy
People Management
？ Actively manage and develop regional market team; Act as coach and mentor to key staff

JOB QUALIFICATION
？ Science and/or Business degree is highly preferred. Ideal candidate should have advanced degree in Life Science, Medical, Biomedical business, Engineering, Marketing. (MBA) Master degree in Business Administration is preferred
？ 5+ years experience in related business, ideally in marketing, sales or related area
？ In depth of life science industry knowledge; has good rapport with key opinions leaders
？ Has thorough understanding of marketing and digital marketing mechanisms, be able to lead team for implement, and with sale driven and results-oriented personality
？ Great people management and leadership skill
？ Excellent presentation skill; Excellent interpersonal communication skills
？ Proficiency in English and mandarin
