Main Responsibility Area
-Fully understanding all requirement on own testing area.
-Guide junior engineer for problem solving.
-Solve complex engineering problems of own technology area.
-Proactively do sth good for team’s competence/qaulity/efficency/…for next high level.
-Typically participates in reviews of own or neighbouring projects.
-Process inside team and team’s competence improvement continiously
-Think over and take action to make higher level contribution to team besides own testing tasks.
-Positive influence for team member especially for hard issue

Job Description
-Involved in early SW design phase for correcting propose as testing expert
-Drive whole team to ensures functionalities of BTS meet requirement of specification on network and node level by any way. (E.g. test planning and execution fault finding, drive problem solving, and good propose for requirement if needed.)
-Drive whole team to take full usage of automation to speed up testing case continious testing for fast testing feeedback to SW quality and shorten SW development period
-Drive accumulation of experience and improvement of process for whole department
-Drive documentation quality delivered to customer
-Lead necessary inspection, workshop, task force and research group inside team in daily work if needed.
-Senior consult, support and guide others from internal and even external customers if needed
-Take full usage of team work with global site for solid TDLTE product
-Drive whole team for year over year improvement on quality / efficiency / innovation / competence /… etc.

Additional Requirements
-Having specialist knowledge on communication network is precondition
-Project management mindset is plus
-Deep understanding SW development process
-Test automation tools usage/development skill is plus
-Fluent written and spoken English is optional
-Enjoy team work and open communication
