Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Design tooling and fixtures for assembly/machining 为装配和机加工设计专用工具和夹具
Write, updating, control operation meathod sheet/work instructions/编写,更新,控制作业指导书
Monitor production processes(CPK/PPK/Production-Efficency/FPY/VSM) trough process anaylysis
过程统计/分析生产过程的CPK/PPK/生产效率/一次合格率/价值流程图等来监控生产过程
Based on process analysis,Optimize production system by Layout design and manpower/material/information flow design
基于过程分析通过对物流/人流/信息流的优化及生产布局的优化来提高生产效率和质量，降低生产成本
New line design for future new products or projects/为将来新产品/新项目设计生产线
Train operator to comply with OMS/WI,Health, Safety and Environmental Policy
培训操作员工依照标准作业指导及公司健康,安全和环境政策执行工作
Carry out DFX(DFA,DFM,DFS,DFQ…) and help design to optimize products design
通过实施DFX（为装配设计，为制造设计，为服务设计，为质量设计）来帮助优化产品设计
Continuesly searching/developping/introducing new prodution tech to optimize production and Promote company values
持续寻找/开发/引进 新工艺和新方法来提升生产质量、效率降低生产成本，提升企业价值
Cooperate with quality/production,lead and slove Manufacturing-Tech relative issue.
与生产质量密切合作，领导和解决生产技术相关问题
Active member of the MT-QA team/积极成为技术质量团队的一员

Hard Skills required:
Design tooling and fixtures with relative CAD tools/能使用计算机辅助设计软件设计工具和夹具
Prepare OMS/work instructions for assembly process or machinning process /能编写组装或机加工作业指导
Operate test and production tool equipment/会使用测试设备/工具及生产工具/生产设备
Read and interpret English drawings and specifications/能看懂并口译英文图纸和相关标准
can design/optimize production line and know well of relative knowledge 能设计优化生产线，熟悉相关知识
Basic understanding ISO9001,QS9000, TS16949, ISO14000, etc.具备ISO9001,TS16949,ISO14000知识
Knowledge and experience of Lean-sigma is prefferred 最好有Lean-sigma相关知识和经验

Soft Skills required:
Self starter with initiative/做事积极主动
Willing to learn new skills and to train others/愿意学习新知识和培训他人
Ability of gearbox/machining 有减速机/变速箱/机加工知识
Good Computer skill, excel,word,PPT is a must良好的计算机操作技能,必须会excel,word,PPT的基本操作
Strong responsibility and better communication skill, Team Work spirit, ability of high working pressure affording. .
有较强的责任心、沟通技巧和队合作精神,能承受较大工作压力

Professional Experience required:
Minimum of 2 years general assembly/machining process experience/具备至少三年以上常规装配或机加工处理经验
