1. 编制、更新、指引公司的人事政策和操作规范，支持公司业务目标和使命的实现；Develop, review, update and direct all personnel policies and practices to support the attainment of the company’s Mission and Goals. 2. 预测和计划公司的人力资源，使之达到成本效益最优化的水平；并通过甄选、招聘和雇佣合格的员工来满足各部门的人力需求和工作改善之所需. Forecast and plan the company’s manpower to keep it at a optimized level; Search and recruit qualified individuals to satisfy the personnel and continuous improvement needs of each departments. 3. 配合业务发展需求，制定全公司的培训发展计划；培养内部培训员队伍，并带动他们一起出色执行公司的培训和发展计划。Overall company training & development planning; build a team of internal trainers and direct them to excellently fulfill the training and development plan; 4. 通过制定有效的员工职业发展规划有效地配合公司的业务发展。Design the effective career development scheme to select and/or develop capable staff to insure effective business operations. 5. 管理一般的人事事务。包括合同管理、员工纪律、评估表现管理、员工关系管理等活动。 Management of general personnel affairs such as contract signing, termination, staff discipline, performance appraisal, employee relations etc.; 6. 有效地实施公司的薪酬福利系统，包括工资、社会保险、假期、住房等；确保公司内部薪酬福利体系的公平，合理性。Manage the Compensation and Benefits (pension, holidays, housing etc.) system and ensure internal equity of company’s C&B package. 7. 关注国家和当地政府的人力资源的政策、法律、法规等信息和发展方向；为公司各部门提供人事政策、法规的指引和提供人事事务相关的咨询服务。Serve as the authority of knowledge and in-house consultant to the line managers on personnel issues and stay current on all National and Municipal laws and regulations governing HR issues. 8. 通过建立双向的沟通机制、鼓励信息分享、鼓励积极参与公司层面活动和创造学习型企业等积极的企业文化来激励员工，改善员工的工作表现和提高员工的工作满意度.Motivate/Encourage staff and improve their performance & satisfaction through cross communication, information sharing, active participation into the company wide activities and cross learning etc.

可口可乐装瓶商生产（杭州）有限公司是可口可乐装瓶商生产控股有限公司设立的全资子公司，投资总额约为3000万美元，其中注册资本为1427万美元。公司位于杭州下沙经济技术开发区，占地面积 40869平方米，引进2条高速无菌饮料灌装生产线，从事可口可乐品牌的不含气饮料生产，产品包括茶饮料，果蔬饮料，蛋白饮料等，如美汁源果粒橙系列产品、美汁源果粒奶优，雀巢原叶茶系列等。预计年产量可达到10万吨。
