职位描述
1．在联泰大都会总体市场策略下，制定全省的广告和公关计划，给上海总部审核，通过后在当地实施并管理监督执行情况；
2. 根据总公司公关准则，组织策划全省的公关活动，维持当地媒体关系；
3．审核当地中英文新闻稿，报上海总部审批；
4．根据总公司销售资料开发和审核流程， 管理并协助渠道执行销售资料开发，支持渠道活动；
5．组织当地市场推广和公关活动， 支持业务发展；
6．当地媒体新闻监测及危机管理；
7．管理当地公司花生人物及Snoopy形象使用；
8. 管理全省各地支公司的市场部相关事务及活动；
9. 公关活动组织策划,包括方案审核、比价、签署合同、整理活动照片,后续媒体报道收集；
10. 浙江本地公关危机的跟踪、处理；
11. 浙江本地的媒体关系建立，以及日常维护；
12. 撰写中英文新闻稿,报总部MKT审批；
13. 当地媒体信息监控，包括：整理公司在当地的每月新闻剪报；
14. 协调安排采访对象和采访内容提纲，为接受采访对象提供必要的信息及回答所需帮助；
15. 与相关政府部门、行业机构等保持沟通联络；
16. Snoopy服装使用报总部审核,每次活动结束后提供相关照片；
17. 管理和更新总公司网站上的分公司有关信息；
18. 浙江各地支公司的媒体关系的沟通、维护；需要在各支公司之间出差。
1.学历要求：本科以上；
2.工作经历要求：
a.3到5年相关工作经验，有危机公关处理经验者尤佳；
b.有媒体或公关公司工作经验优先；
3.语言能力：中、英双语熟练；
4.个人特质：
a.性格开朗，沟通及协调能力强，创意能力强；
b.敏锐的市场判断力；
c.良好的沟通能力；
d.良好的应变能力；
e.较强的服务意识和责任心。
