岗位职责：

1.网点关系的建立与维护：协助渠道经理建立与网点的业务合作关系，维护与银行支行行长、销售主管和网点销售人员的业务合作关系；

2.负责推动保险顾问业务模式（FPC）在银行网点的有效开展；

3.为银行网点销售人员提供有效销售支持；

4.业务推动何执行：执行渠道业务策略和计划，推动业务开展并达成业务目标。

岗位要求：

1.本科及本科以上学历；

2.1-2年以上销售经验或个人寿险销售经验；

3.高诚信度、优秀的人际沟通能力何协调能力；

4.良好的培训及销售辅导能力，有培训、组训工作经历者优先；

5.较强的学习能力，问题分析与解决能力；

6.熟练使用Office软件。
