JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Inquiry and quotation;
2. Contracts making and SAP orders processing;
3. Coordinate with planning globally for production and work together with logistics globally to arrange deliveries/shipments and tracking cargoes;
4. Shipping documents preparation;
5. Liaise with customer to make smooth communication and follow up orders and monitor inventory effectively;
6. Customer relations maintenance and work closely with sales team;
7. Customer complaints handling;
8. Miscellaneous;

REQUIREMENTS

1. College graduate or above with Trading/Business Majored;
2. 2 years or above working experience in business processing related job functions. Excellent fresh graduate is acceptable as well;
3. Proficient oral and written Korean skill; good English is a must
4. Detail oriented, self-started and pro-active;
5. Experience in SAP or other ERP operation is preferred;
6. Team work;
