岗位职责：
1、熟悉浙江房地产市场的行情与现状，能够完成各种地产类型的市场调研工作；
2、为咨询项目提供数据和信息支持，能够撰写房地产及相关行业的分析及报告；
3、其他相关工作。

任职资格：

1、大学本科以上学历，房地产、工商管理、经济学或其它相关专业；
2、具有较强的统计分析能力；
3、熟练使用Access、SPSS、Excel、PowerPoint、Word 等办公软件，熟练操作计算机和相关办公设备；
4、责任心强，能够承受高负荷的工作压力；
5、至少两年以上房地产市场/调研的工作经验；
6、英语流利；

·Take responsibility for overseeing data collection and maintenance of databases to produce comprehensive range of property indices to track rental and price movements for research purposes.

·Production of regular market briefings and preparation of articles for domestic and international publications.

·Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for research seminars and client purposes.

·Establishment of relationships with main developers, investors, and agents in the Chinese real estate market.

·Coordination with other departments within the company.

·Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Real Estate related disciplines

·Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills

·Excellent PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·Preferred one to two years market research/consultancy experience in real estate field

·Responsible, initiative, self-disciplined team player;

·Proficiency in written English.
