Assistant Manager/ Manager 助理经理 / 经理

Responsibilities :

• To execute valuation assignments, market research and other property advisory works in China;
• To conduct site inspections locally and its neighboring cities or provinces in China and collect data for preparation of valuation and consultancy projects;
• To manage and maintain clients’ relationship;
• To explore new business opportunities
• To supervise senior valuers / valuers on daily operation;
• To ensure compliance of valuation standards by scrutinizing deliverables and draft reports prepared by senior valuers / valuers;
• To work independently, associate director/senior managers on various valuation assignments.

Requirements

• Member of HKIS / RICS / CIREA; or
• University degree in Real Estate or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years' or above post-qualification experiences in China;
• Candidate with less than 3 years post qualification experiences will be considered the post as Assistant Manager;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to work independently under continuous pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work
