1.建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上设计行业工作经验；
2.理解“大规划，大建筑，大景观”理念；
3.良好的综合设计能力，艺术感强，有发散性思维和创新能力；
4.乐于不断探索新技术、肯于钻研； 胜任国外专业文献收集与翻译、资料管理工作；
5.敬业负责，具有良好的团队合作精神，分析问题与解决问题能力。

HESOMS
HESOMS, an integrated design studio, features first rate of National Architecture Decoration Design and second rate of National Planning and specializes in architecture, planning, landscape and interior design. Presenting ideal cities and building the first design brand of business real estate are what HESOMS consistently pursues. Till now it has won 15 international awards including the National Habitat Architectural Design Award; besides, it was rewarded as “The Best Architectural Design Studio in China” by China Real Estate Association and “The Best Employer of Private Architectural Design Studios in China” by Magazine DI Design Trend in 2010.

Adhering to the viewpoint of “modernity of oriental culture” and design concept of “great planning, large-scale architecture and large landscape”, and insisting on seizing commanding height and creating exquisite projects, HESOMS always creates the landmark building that leads the development of a city. Focusing on Yangtze River Delta, it has spread over 30 cities, establishes 6 branches and owns more than 300 staff in China.

Over hundred projects are in process, while largest projects include the design of 14-square-hectares new town under the strategy of urban and rural development and the reconstruction of 135-hectares old town.

禾泽都林上海国际部坐落于市中心黄金位置的上海“1933老场坊” 创意园区。

该建筑主体始建于1933年，由英国建筑设计大师巴尔弗斯(Balfours)设计，全世界此类风格的建筑只有三座，另外两座分别位于英国和印度，1933老场坊是目前现存最完好的一座。

这座大气经典的建筑，从历史中走来，以创意的加冕，成为自由创作，自由创想的空间，吸引了包括全球传媒业翘楚宏盟集团Omnicom，美国前卫服饰品牌American Apparel 在内的众多国际企业进驻，法拉利中国车主会Ferrari Owners' Club of China及上海大众集团亦将客户体验中心安置于园区，目前，园区已有几十家中外创意公司入驻，会展中心和剧院，餐饮，酒吧及其他业态云集，时尚活动齐聚，宝马BMW亚洲公开赛慈善晚宴、ZsaZsaZsu时尚派对等众多知名品牌的顶尖层次的活动均在此举行，是沪上又一时尚创意新地标。

HESOMS Shanghai International Department is located in the Creative Park 1933 Shanghai, which is the prime site of Shanghai downtown.

Finished in 1933 and designed by the British architect Balfours, 1933 Shanghai is one of three such architectures in the world, while the other two in London and India, respectively, been demolished.

The magnificent and classic building comes from history and becomes a space for free creation, attracting numerous international enterprises to settle in, such as the outstanding global media Omnicom, avant-garde American Apparel, Ferrari Owners' Club of China and Shanghai Volkswagen Group (Customer Experience Center). At present, dozens of Chinese and foreign creative enterprises are settled in; convention centers, theaters, restaurants and bars all gather here; fashion parties are always held, such as Charity Dinner of BMW Asian Open, Fashion Party of ZsaZsaZsu and remarkable activities of other famous brands. It is another new landmark of fashion and creativity in Shanghai.
