MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Respond to and screen telephone inquiries, provide information, take messages and redirect calls; greet visitors and advise staff of guest arrivals.

2. Sorts and distributes incoming mail, courier deliveries and related paperwork; checks and verifies contents of incoming packages.

3. Prepares sub-material, skin and garment samples and prepare documents for courier packages. Follow up email to Canada on the courier packages status.

4. Photo taking for all incoming and outgoing samples and files these photos in share folders for merchandising team.


5. Assist to co-ordinate shipping document, check & issue inspection certificate. Maintain and update a monthly shipping record for General Manager.

6. Maintains lobby and reception area in tidy and clean fashion.

7. Orders office supplies, maintains inventory and distributes supplies to staff as required.

8. Operates and maintains facsimile machine and photocopier in good working order and contacts repair service as required.

9. Performs other related tasks and assignments as required by supervisor.
