1、根据政府法令、政策及总公司合规制度，组织制定、完善分公司总务相关行政管理的有关制度、办法、流程等，并指导实施；

2、根据公司经营发展战略，负责筛选、租赁新设机构的职场并组织装修、完成政府消防验收，以确保按计划/合法使用；
According to the development strategies of the company, choose the location and rent
the offices of the new organizations, in charge of the decoration and have the fire control facility checked by the government to conform to the plans and regularities
3、指导、监督按合规流程进行采购、交接使用、固定资产及车辆管理等行政服务工作，以此让各团队业务的开展能保持有效率地正常运行;
Direct and supervise the administrative services such as purchase according to the regulations, shift of works; fixed assets and vehicle management for the efficient fuction of the business
4、计划、组织并控制公司各职场的日常维护、保养、更新及卫生、绿化和消防安全等外包服务工作,以使职场工作环境得到不断优化;
Plan, organize and control the daily maintainance, renewal of the offices of the company; in charge of the outsource services such as environmental sanitation, afforestation and fire safety control to optimize the working environment
5、指导、监督公文信息传递、合同报审/归档及直接管控公司印章、证照的合规使用,使公司的相关行政管理风险得以降低到最小;
Direct and supervise the transfer of information, approval and filing of contract; control the seal of the company and conform to regulations when using certificates to low the risks of administrative management
6、负责激励、提升总务团队执行力及内外相关部门的协调、沟通,以使能够精细地执行和保持良好的内外部合作支持环境;
Activate and promote the execution of the team of general affairs and the communication between internal and external departments to keep good cooperative environment
7、帮助推动、参与公司公关、宣传、广告等相关工作,促使渠道业绩和公司品牌提升;
Promote the propaganda, advertisement to promote the channel performance and the brand image of the company
8、组织、参与总务涉及的相关司法诉讼案件的审理、执行,降低公司的法律风险。
Organize ane take part in the judicial action cases concerned with general affairs of the company to low the legal risks of the company
9、遵守反洗钱相关法律法规和公司制度并承担相应职责。
To comply with the applicable AML laws & regulations and the company policy, and take the responsibilities accordingly.

本科及以上学历
Bachelor's degree of or above
5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上大型企业市场公关经验或3年以上行政管理经验
At least 5 years' experience in administration in large-scale or comprehensive offices, 3 of which should be in administrative management

Moderate reading and writing in English

能熟练运用办公相关软件开展日常工作；
