-For our Energy Sector in HANGZHOU,we are looking for a DS Manager隔离开关运营经理

What are my responsibilities?

1. Develop the disconnector business strategy in China together with the HQ and implement it in China.

2. Develop & build 1st class disconnector team in China, including mainly in the fields of disconnector engineering, production & marketing.

3. Manage the disconnector operation in China, including mainly engineering, marketing & production in order to reach the financial targets, sales, turnover and EBIT. Evaluate subordinates' performance according to their responsibility.

4. Cooperating with HR, execute company's rewards and punishment system.

5. Making up manpower plan, work chart system, cooperate with HR, arrange enough manpower for disconnector department.

6. Other tasks from line manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Understanding of Siemens product development process (PLM) management skill with P&L responsibility.

What else do I need to know?

- Strong leadership in a factory environment strong market development knowledge.
