职责说明（Job Description）:


1.负责车间的生产计划的组织实施，采取各种措施保证计划完成率,保证产品交期，控制生产成本；
Responsible for workshop production plan , take various measures to ensure project completion, guarantee the products delivery, control production cost;

2. 根据产能,合理安排工位,最大化的提高生产效率。
According to the production capacity, arrange workers to right position reasonable, to maximize efficiency.

3.控制产品质量及解决生产过程出现的各种问题；
Control the product quality and solve various problems in production process;

4.负责设备的保养及维护/ 生产车间电脑软件维护
Responsible for equipment / workshop’s computer maintenance and maintenance

5.独立和法国总部用英语进行沟通交流
Communicate with France headquarters independently in English.

基本要求：
Basic Requirement：

1.男性，大专以上, 有过3年以上车间管理经验.
Male, University degree, At least 3 years working experience in workshop.

2.具有流利的英语听说写能力以及良好电脑操作。 Fluent English in Speaking , Reading and Writing. Good computer operate.

3.有丰富的车间管理经验，擅长人员管理，产品、质量、交货期的把控；
Have rich experience in workshop management, good at personnel management and control about products, quality and delivery time .

4.责任心强，较好的协调、沟通、团队协作能力以及分析和解决问的能力；
Have strong sense of responsibility, good coordination and communication ability 、team work spirit, analytical and solve problem skills.

5. 诚实、上进、执行力强。
Honest, motivated, strong execution

备注：
1.上班时间：周一—周五 9：00AM – 5:30PM
2. 中午提供午饭
3. 国家法定节假日，节日福利
4. 公司缴纳五险一金、工作满一年有5天带薪年休，年底有年终奖
