职位描述
岗位职责：
1、主持本部的全面工作，组织并督促部门人员全面完成本部职责范围内的各项工作
2、根据公司中、长期经营计划，组织编制集团年度综合财务计划的控制标准，制定、实施公司财务战略，组织公司年度预算，监督预算执行并及时反馈预算执行情况
3、对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作；
4、负责制定、维护、改进公司财务管理制度和政策，
5、完善公司内部核算体系，加强公司成本管理，开展成本预测、控制、核算、分析等工作；
6、负责资金、资产的管理
7、负责公司融资、政府项目的管理工作；
8、配合集团审计、外部审计、税务审计；
9、向上级主管汇报公司经营状况，为公司高级管理人员提供财务分析和建议
任职资格：
1、大学本科以上学历，会计学相关专业，8年以上会计工作经验，3年以上工业企业会计工作经验，2年以上财务经理工作经验
2、具有会计师资格，精通国家会计和税务相关法律法规，熟练使用计算机和财务软件
3、具有较强的逻辑思维能力、判断能力、决策能力、沟通能力，计划与执行能力。
具有较强的抗压能力。
