What will you do?

· Leads generation

o Develop yearly MKT plan and set up KPI

o Set Annual/ Monthly Marketing plan to support annual biz plan

o Execute Market Programs: Annual and Quarterly

o Local Initiative Marketing Program

o Monitor execution of leads/ valid leads / APP/ OPP

· Brand image management

o EF CI/VI implementation

o Ensure local center presentation with in Standard EF FRA brand imagine

o Plan and execute local media exposure program

o Build up local PR relationship

o Event and Activity management

· ODIN data Management

o Be in charge of the “School Setting” marketing part.

o Ensure ODIN data property

o Marketing data analysis and report

· Marketing team development

o Build up marketing team including TMK/ Promoter/ designer and event

o Develop team member to match EF standard

· Annual budget management

o Annual Marketing budget plan

o Marketing expanse management

o Marketing expanse return on investment management

· People management

o Build up MKT team including recruitment and training

Requirements:

·At least 5 years working experience in Marketing Field

·Preferred in Retailing and Service industry or Agency

·Preferred major in Marketing Communication or Event Marketing

·Visual management sense & capability

·Logical thinking and analysis skill

·Good communication and team worker.
