职位描述

Impact on the Business (30%)
-Leads the team and ensure the smooth transition of all migration / remigration projects, which shall involve comprehensive reivew of the business migration plan, and progress of migrations.
-Consistently implements the revised methodology across all new migrations
-Active participation and escalation of concerns of individual migration project status in GRMG meeting
-Ensures a ‘tight ship’ is run at site level in terms of the Resource and Capacity management
-Pro-actives tracking of group plan update for all planned and out of plan migrations and ensures the data accuracy
-Acts as gatekeeper of implementation of Commercial Terms, GRCG and all guidelines of Risk Functions for all new migrations and any exceptions to be earmarked documented and agreed by the relevant stakeholders including Central & Site Risk Functions and Central Account Management Team

Customers / Stakeholders (25%)
-Facilitates the successful implementation of system and procedure enhancement / amendment by co-ordinating users and other internal/external departments to cope with new changes
-Closely co-ordinate with Operations, HR, Training, Technology, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure timely escalation or resolution of any business constraints in achieving the annual migration plan for GSC site.
-Co-ordinates the space planning, relocation and renovation at HDPG level by acting as a coordinator for data reconciliation, workplace allocation, relocation / renovation plan preparation.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
1.Diploma or Degree holder at a recognized university or college.
2.Project management skill including encompassing feasibility study capability, implementation and review monitoring skill, people/resources management skill, planning and organizing skill, decision making & problem solving skill etc.
3.Banking Operations knowledge with no less than 5 - 10 years hand-on experience on information processing services in financial industry.
4.Effective interpersonal skill, being able to communicate effectively with parties concerned about the plan of the migration or remigration projects.
5.Analytical and learning skills, the job holder must have an analytical mind to extract/conclude useful ideas from enormous information. He or She should also be a quick learner to adapt to various new systems/procedures.
6.Presentation and coaching skill, the job holder should have necessary presentation skill to introduce/present the relevant parties of the procedure/plan. He or She should also be able to coach his or her subordinates for their development.
7.Proven experience of successfully leading, managing and developing a team with responsibility of diverse process migrations across a range of business units.
