职位描述
Impact on the Business / Customer and stake-holder management
-Build and lead team for Credit services to support the GB Relationship manager (RM) teams by producing credit applications with high quality and in a timely manner
-Follow GBM Compliance procedures and guidance, complete compliance on-going training and assessments
-To ensure personal and team adherence to compliance processes set out in DIB / FIM
-To ensure that work related / confidential documents are not lying unattended on desk or printer and drawers are locked
-Effectively manage money laundering, counter terrorist financing, fraud and reputation risk
Impact on the Business / Customer and stake-holder management
-Ensure the team delivers high level of credit application quality
-Take admin responsibilities and drive the team L&D efforts
-Ensure that people are engaged and GPS scores improve year on year

-Lead by example and demonstrates right attitude
-Prioritise and schedules time effectively. Anticipate problems and difficulties and is flexible in revising contingencies accordingly
-Is proactive and prepared to commit to action and be held accountable for the outcome
-Effectively manage the team
-Develop and manage analysts – keeps them engaged and motivated
-Proactive communication of tasks in hand and updating team of available capacity
-Share workload when team members are on leave/project needs priority
-Assist in review and quality control
-Be responsive at all times – respond to emails and calls on time; keeps the team informed incase of any long period of unavailability during the day
-Keep all stakeholders informed about leave plans in advance and avails all planned leaves within the calendar year

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
-Good knowledge of financial and credit modeling
-Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
-Highly proficient at Excel, Powerpoint and Word
-Strong accounts, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
-Good at multitasking
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Eye for detail
-10+ years of relevant work experience
-University Post - Graduates (master’s degrees in Finance / Economics /Commerce /Accountancy)
-CFA and other reputed professional finance course
