The operation and maintenance manager must be responsible, and be empowered, for the total operation and maintenance service on site between the hours of: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 (9.0 hours).
运维经理必须获得授权，负责整个现场相关设施的运行及维护，并且从周一至周五每天上午8:30至下午17:30（9个小时）均应在现场。
The operation and maintenance manager shall be available for emergency contact 24h/7d. 运维经理应每周7天24小时随时待命，以方便紧急联络。

. Leading the operation and maintenance service provision through all phases to the point of delivery and beyond
领导整个运行及维护服务交付过程
. Creation of work plans, workflows, and schedules according the quality management system of BBA ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 18001
按照华晨宝马ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 18001质量管理体系制定工作计划、工作流程、和调度计划
. Ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, legislation and site operating procedures
保证遵守所有适用的法律法规及现场操作程序
. Develop an inspection regime to monitor the standards of the service delivery; document and record the inspections
制定检查制度用以监控服务交付的标准；将检查结果记录和存档
. Report defects to the responsible person
将缺陷上报给负责人员
. To be proactive and innovate methods to increase the efficiency of the service and provide continuous improvement

. Coordination and communication with third party companies and preferred manufacturers including warranty management, OEM maintenance and statutory testing

Requirements on operation and maintenance manager: 对运维护经理的要求：
. Male, junior college degree or above, working in utility installation and facility management system should be over 7 years

. Be familiar with the related laws, regulations, business rules, and drawings

Be familiar with the principal, structure, maintenance way of the utilities system(including water, electricity, steam, compressed air , gas and oil system), he must have the rich experience about the utilities system management in the large-scale enterprise, and the super abilities to resolve the sudden accidents
