岗位名称: HR Manager (HRBP)
汇报对象: Senior HR Manager
岗位职责：
1．作为业务部门的HR专家顾问，提供符合事业部的人力资源制度、规划及建议，并负责实施；
2．关注业务体系组织结构、层级、人员配置合理性，协助组织架构调整；
3．绩效体系建设、绩效体系持续优化、绩效体系运营过程跟踪与反馈
4．业务体系薪酬合理性分析与薪酬调整，协助部门薪酬运营工作；
5．任职资格体系搭建；培训需求管理、关注员工职业素养、专业技能提升；
6．骨干员工识别、培养发展使用、沟通与思想动态关注
7．协助事业门解决人事纠纷、规避人事风险
8．员工沟通渠道建设、员工关系活动策划与组织、关注员工沟通与思想动态，促进公司以及事业部跟员工的沟通
9．作为HR和事业部的桥梁，反馈事业部和员工的意见，并提出改进建议，促使HR制度、政策更加完善
10. 根据上级的要求负责HR的其它项目型工作
岗位要求:
1 本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、行政管理等相关专业毕业
2. 熟悉相关劳动法律法规，精通人力资源管理的系统知识，具备较强的组织、规划能力
3. 熟悉HR培训、绩效、员工关系等各个模块，有过职级体系，任职资格体系经验的更佳
4. 工作积极主动，沟通协调能力强， 团队合作精神好
5. 熟练运用Office办公软件
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力
7. 至少3年以上HR相关工作经验，有跨国公司人力资源管理经验或者HRBP经验更佳
