Main Task:

Report to China HR Manager and base in Xinzhuang Plant.

- Maintenance Communication channel with management and staff
- Support HR Manager set up Company culture.
- Consolidation Employee P-File and employee information, etc.
- Review Employee contract, probation, promotion, transfer, PIP, termination etc.
- Handle the dispute and legal affair, etc.
- Update HR policy and process. etc.
- Update Org-chart according to management needs.
- Others task from HR Manager

Requirement:

- Bachelor or above, with 5 years’ HR working experience especial in Employee relationship module.
- Excellent interpersonal/organization, communication and coordination skills.
- Have team work spirit.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Well developed computer skills with knowledge of Office software.
