Job Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree or Master degree in real estate/finance/economics/other related majors;
？ Proficiency in word, excel, PowerPoint and able to gather information from internet
？ At least 5 years property investment, asset management/consultancy/ fund raising experience in recognized companies;
？ Experience in global auditing firm or in finance department of developer are highly valued as well;
？ Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and oral)
？ Excellent communication skills with rich experience in handling clients from investment company, fund houses, institutes and other buy-side clients.
？ Deep knowledge in property fund business operation & regulations; preferred if with investment management qualification/certificate like CFA/ACCA/CAIA/FRM
？ overseas study experience a plus
？ Strong network of project sourcing as advanced

Main Responsibilities:

？ Maintain and extend Landlord-side client relationship
？ Promptly update clients requests to the team
？ Organize inspection and follow up clients; assist in hosting road-show, team marketing and presentation for proposals
？ Work with analyst in generating investment reports and financial models
？ Secure project resources and follow up
？ Master global, regional and local real estate investment & capital markets
？ Other work-related tasks
