任职资格：
1、 市场营销、企业管理或相关专业专科以上学历，受过管理技能开发、市场营销、合同法、财务基本知识等方面的培训；
2、 五年以上服装销售管理工作经验，对市场营销工作有较深刻认知、较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力；
3、 熟练操作办公软件，良好的沟通、协调、组织能力、观察力、交际能力以及应变能力；
4、 具有较强的逻辑思维能力及团队领导力，有魄力。

岗位职责：
1、负责大区终端的销售管理工作，代理商客户开发；
2、负责门店的货品工作，包括陈列、日常销售管理、库存盘点等；
3、针对销售状况作畅销货品及滞销货品总结报告，并提出滞销货品的促销建议；
4、协调与商场的合作关系，包括合同、促销等；
5、负责本区域市场相关行业的信息收集、反馈及相关问题的上报、解决等；
6、培养良好的销售团队，做好人员的梯队建设。
7、做好门店的日常培训工作，增强员工的凝聚力。
8、负责与公司各部门的沟通协调，做好信息的上传下达工作。

注：另聘具备服装行业销售主管、经理岗位经验者一名，要求熟悉营销流程，能根据公司营销实情制定营销部门的绩效考核方案，并负责实施绩效考核。待遇从优，有意向者请应聘本岗位，并在简历中注明应聘营销绩效考核岗位。
